Could This be the Cause of Your Depression

Let's start with a simple question, one I am sure you can answer.  Are you ever shocked about the amount of screen time you average ever day?  It is crazy the amount of time we can spend just staring at a screen.  Where might I be going with this? let me tell you.  I have a hunch that social media has contributed to the depression epidemic that has swept over the whole world in the last decade. Have you ever woken up in the morning feeling groggy, heavy-eyed, and as though you had not slept in days? Rising in the morning is one of the hardest decisions.
